Time 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm at Olive + Hive. The class is limited to eight participants and will be divided into four pairs who will then create one of the four recipes Cindy has developed with your favorite extra virgin olive oil and either a dark or white balsamic vinegar. Once each course is completed, the pair then shares how they refined the recipe (if they did or did not) and this course is eaten.

The menu is as follows:

 Speciality Mocktail with club soda, balsamic vinegar, fresh fruit and herbs.
 Rustic French Boule with speciality olive oils and seasoning.
 Baked Brie with choice of fresh fruit, EVVO and balsamic vinegar.
 Caesar Salad in parmesan cups.
 Homemade, handmade fresh pasta shapes with choice of toppings/sauces.
 Homemade ice cream with fresh fruit and choice of balsamic vinegar.

Feel free to BYOB; cost is $95.00 per person. Sorry, there are no refunds as the fresh ingredients are purchased prior to the class.
