Golfing in Greensboro

Since it’s time for the Masters, it only makes sense to talk about golfing in Greensboro to get the most out of your Masters week! The courses at Lake Oconee are definitely something you want to put on your Masters checklist. They have been designed by premier golf course architects Tom Weiskopf, Jack Nicklaus, Bob Cupp, and more. The courses in Greensboro are award-winning and offer beautiful lake views, shaded forests, and different difficulty levels.

Nothing like a nice cold beer after a day of golf. Oconee Brewing Company will be open from 12pm to 9pm Monday thru Thursday of Masters Week and 12pm to 10pm Friday and Saturday. The Masters will be playing on their big screen all week long. They also have weekend specials that include:

At The Yesterday Café in Downtown Greensboro, you can watch the Masters at the bar while enjoying Master inspired cocktails like the Azalea or a John Daly. They also offer Southern favorites like fried green tomatoes or hot pimento dip but be sure to keep your fork for a slice of our World Famous Buttermilk Pie.

The National Tavern

The quintessential urban tavern situated in the heart of Reynolds right on The National Golf Course.
